Korte accepted the position of CFO of Hancock subsidiary Roy Hill Holdings, which is developing its namesake iron ore project in the Pilbara, and will leave Paladin next month.

Rule, a chartered accountant, will join Paladin in July with company secretary and executive general manager corporate services Gillian Swaby to act as interim CFO in between Korte’s departure and Rule’s start date.

Iron ore hopeful Mindax, which is subject to a current attempt to remove two directors, has appointed Lion Asiapac executive director Eric Loh to the board.

There have been changes on the board of Zamia Metals after chairman and chief executive officer Dr Ken Maiden decided to step down to focus on his role with International Base Metals.

He will continue as a director and technical consultant, while current director Alan Humphris has been appointed as non-executive chairman.

Zamia executive Jordan Li has been appointed as CEO.

Peninsula Energy has appointed Uranium One senior vice-president of projects Ralph Knode as CEO of its subsidiary Strata Energy.

Knode will oversee the development of the Lance uranium project in Wyoming.

Meanwhile, Alchemy Resources has promoted its exploration manager Dr Kevin Cassidy to the role of CEO.

Barrister and former Hunnu Coal director Daniel Crennan has joined the board of Mongolia-focused Haranga Resources.

Dr Erhard Grossnigg and Thomas Styblo have been appointed as directors of Stirling Resources, while Dr Rohtraut Skatsche-Depisch has resigned.

The company said it was continuing to search for Australia-based directors.

Finally, Jamie Henderson has resigned as a director of Sherwin Iron due to increased business commitments.
