Record shipments for Portman in 2003

PORTMAN has confirmed it shipped a record 4.71 million tonnes of iron ore in 2003 from its Koolyanobbing operations, though the large global demand for bulk cargo shipping meant a lower than forecast 1.08Mt was exported in the December quarter.
