Xstrata faces court over Windimurra closure

PRECIOUS Metals Australia has initiated court proceedings against diversified Swiss metals group Xstrata alleging the group breached a royalty agreement when it first suspended operations at the Windimurra vanadium project, and again when it permanently closed the project.
