INVESTMENT house Asset Backed Holdings, which holds a 42.5% stake in Chistmas Island miner Phosphate Resources Ltd (PRL), has taken a major step towards becoming an Asia-focused mining and chemical house with shareholders backing a move to rename the company CI Resources.
