Dairi costs reduce

HERALD Resources has reduced the capital costs of its Dairi zinc-lead project in Indonesia by $US18 million following a decision to scrap a pipeline to transport the concentrates in favour of trucks.

Total capital costs have decreased from $US136 million to $US118 million, partly offset by the requirement to upgrade roads. Total operating costs have also marginally increased due to increased fuel prices....
