HOSTILE bidder Crosby Capital has stepped up the rhetoric in its takeover bid for Tethyan Copper, sending a strongly worded letter to shareholders criticising Tethyan’s recent agreement with Chilean copper miner Antofagasta to develop the Reko Diq copper-gold project in Pakistan.
