Mincom rides Russia's mining market

RUSSIA has shaken off the stigma of being a closed country difficult to do business in and today lays claim to some of the world’s biggest mining companies and new opportunities. After making a decision to get into the Russian market in 2000, mining software provider Mincom is now established and the company’s president of Eurasian operations Allen Vaughn discusses Mincom’s experience.
