Mineral Deposits inks JV, eyes $151M raising

MINERAL Deposits is seeking to form a joint venture with French mining and metallurgical group Eramet to create a new vertically integrated mineral sands player, and to boost its bank balance by $A151 million to fund the development of its Grand Cote mineral sands project in Senegal.
