Olympic Dam: giant to grow again

WHILE BHP Billiton hasn’t confirmed that it will be going ahead with the massive Olympic Dam expansion, the environmental impact assessment on the project has outlined an 11-year expansion plan and a six-fold increase to production rates, as well as colossal new infrastructure works to support the development.
