Elevated platform mishap led to Boggabri fatality

NEW South Wales Mine Safety inspectors have issued Boggabri’s mine operator with a notice requiring a full risk assessment to be undertaken in relation to all mobile elevated work platforms at the site after a construction worker was crushed to death while performing tasks on a platform.
