Azimuth 'first prize' for Troy

SHAREHOLDERS in Azimuth Resources have endorsed a proposed $A188 million takeover by Troy Resources as its shares soared by as much as 50%, with Troy chief executive officer Paul Benson describing Azimuth as the perfect opportunity.
