Pasminco awarded costs in aborted smelter class action

MELBOURNE: Lead and zinc miner Pasminco gained a glimmer of hope against an otherwise bleak outlook as the Victorian Supreme Court today awarded it costs from an aborted class action claim regarding two of its smelters.
