Austpac, Ticor to push ahead with Victorian synthetic rutile plant

AUSTPAC Resources and Ticor said today they are undertaking an engineering and costing estimate for an integrated ERMS and EARS synthetic rutile plant near Portland in the Victorian section of the Murray Basin.
