Rio Tinto summoned by Jakarta court over divestment dispute

MINING behemoth Rio Tinto has been summoned to appear before an Indonesian court after the East Kalimantan regional government filed a civil suit in July over a dispute concerning the price of a mandatory divestment of PT Kaltim Prima Coal.
