Ticor backs out of Indian projects

TICOR said yesterday it would not commit funds to the next evaluation stage of the Tamil Nadu mineral sands joint venture in India after recently completing the first phase of a feasibility study on the Kudiraimozhi deposit with partner Mineral Deposits.
