Report: East Kalimantan drops Jakarta suit

THE East Kalimantan provincial administration has withdrawn its lawsuit against the central government relating to the sale of a 51% stake in PT Kaltim Prima Coal, but has refused to drop proceedings against the company itself, the <I>Jakarta Post</I> has reported.
