AurionGold follows Placer south

TAKEOVER target AurionGold saw its shares tumble more than 10% from the opening bell in Sydney this morning after hostile suitor Placer Dome's stock shed C$1.40 to C$14.18 on the Toronto Stock Exchange overnight.
