A-Cap takes control of Botswana prospects

CARDIA Technologies subsidiary A-Cap Resources has reworked its joint venture with Mineral Holdings Botswana (MHB) for the Magagophate prospects with A-Cap to take 100% control of the prospective exploration ground.
