BASE Resources has ended the September quarter with the same net cash position of nearly US$88 million as it had three months earlier after lower mineral sand product sales, timing of sales receipts, capital expenditure at Kwale ($2.7 million), progression of the undeveloped Toliara project and debt service costs impacted cash build.
