Mixed returns for Iluka

INCREASED zircon and ilmenite production stemming from its improving Narngulu separation plant in Western Australia has helped offset a fall in Iluka Resources’ rutile and synthetic rutile output, but the company has warned of a looming fall in output from its mainstay Perth Basin operations during 2007.
