We are presently representing an ASX listed mining company who are looking for a high calibre candidate to step into this critical, newly created position.
Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant and managing the maintenance function. Initial focus will be on the fixed plant upgrade and flow sheet modifications.
We are seeking to hear from candidates who possess relevant Tertiary Qualifications coupled with:

10+ year’s operational experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

Sound knowledge of crushing and HMS processing plants.

Experience overseeing the maintenance function and quality assurance standards, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position is offered on a residential basis working a 5 day on 2 day off roster.
